Oil-BASED PRODUCTS

UNIMUL P350 serves as a primary emulsifier for oil-based mud systems. It is formulated to provide strong emulsification, good thermal stability and demanding high-temperature, high-pressure (HTHP) fluid loss controls of high performance drilling fluids. Through comprehensive testing in a number of mud formulations with various base oils, mud densities, oil/water ratios and hot-rolling temperatures, UNIMUL P350 has demonstrated capabilities to maintain high electrical stability, low HTHP filtrate and desired rheological properties at temperatures up to 177oC (350oF) and mud weights to 18 ppg.
